Please cancel or reschedule appointment one day before scheduled session via email. If I have to cancel a scheduled appointment, I will reschedule via the email on file. For refunds, funds will be returned through Wix payments. Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution. Standard Wix $2.33 processing fee applies on refunds.
